To further strengthen our team, we are looking for highly qualified Management consultantwho have in-depth experience in the international business environment and are ready to guide our clients through consulting projects that meet the unique market conditions of Dubai and the UAE.

Your tasks:

As a Management Consultant at SetupCo, you will work in a dynamic environment and play an important role in helping international companies enter and expand in Dubai. Your core responsibilities will include:

1. Business strategy and market entry consultingYou will develop sound business strategies and market entry plans to help international companies enter the UAE market. You will analyze market trends, competition and regulatory requirements.
2. Company foundation and structures: You advise clients on the establishment of companies in the Free trade zones and on the Mainland the UAE, including the selection of the appropriate corporate structure, legal requirements and tax framework.
3. Financial advice and tax optimizationThey support our clients in optimizing their financial structure and taking advantage of Dubai's tax benefits. This includes advice on Double taxation agreement, Transfer pricing regulations and Asset planning.
4. Business process optimizationThey identify opportunities to increase efficiency and implement solutions to optimize internal business processes. They help companies to reduce their operating costs and maximize operational efficiency.
5. Project management and managementYou take over the management of projects for company foundation, expansion and optimization. You will ensure that all project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
6. Networking and business developmentYou will actively work to expand SetupCo's network in the UAE and develop relationships with key business partners, government agencies and other stakeholders.
7. M&A and expansionYou will support international companies in mergers, acquisitions and expansions into the UAE. This includes due diligence, valuation and integration of new business units.

Your profile:

To become part of our team at SetupCo, you must have the following qualifications and qualities:

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, management or a similar field, preferably with a MBA or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of experience in management consulting, preferably in the areas of market entry, business optimization or financial consulting.
• Knowledge of the regional market and the economic environment in the UAE, particularly with regard to setting up and running businesses in free zones and on the mainland.
• Experience in working with international clients and companies operating in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of business processes, financial strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English written and spoken are absolutely necessary; knowledge of Arabic or another foreign language are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a teamresilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of personal responsibility and the ability to manage projects independently and look after customers professionally.
• Willingness to travel within the region and beyond.
