Your tasks as CEO in Abu Dhabi

As CEO of our new location in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of our business in this region. You will work with an experienced team to support companies setting up in the UAE, while also working closely with local authorities and partners to ensure all legal and administrative requirements are met smoothly.

Your main tasks include

1. Strategic management and business development
   • You will develop and implement the business strategy for the Abu Dhabi location with the aim of successfully establishing the company on the market and expanding it further.
   • They identify business opportunities and market trends to further diversify Setupco's offering and attract new customers.
2. Business consulting and support for company start-ups
   • They advise and support our clients in all aspects of company formation, especially in the area of company formation in the UAE.
   • They ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and provide tailored advice to clients looking to operate in Abu Dhabi and the wider region.
   • They are very familiar with the different types of companies (Mainland, Freezone) and their respective advantages and help our customers to make the right choice for their business.
3. Leadership and team development
   • You lead a motivated and professional team of business consultants, legal and financial experts who accompany clients through the entire start-up process.
   • They promote an open and cooperative corporate culture based on performance, commitment and teamwork.
   • You develop your team and ensure that all employees are informed about the latest developments and regulatory requirements.
4. Cooperation with local authorities and stakeholders
   • They maintain close relationships with the relevant authorities and government agencies in Abu Dhabi to ensure that the company formation processes run smoothly and efficiently.
   • They ensure that all legal requirements are met and work closely with local authorities to overcome any challenges and find solutions.
5. Representation and network building
   • You represent Setupco at official events, network meetings and in dealings with potential customers and partners.
   • You will build a strong network in the Abu Dhabi business community and use your contacts to identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.

Your profile: What we expect from you

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience for this challenging position:

1. Experience in business consulting and company formation
   • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a business consultant, preferably in the field of company formation in the UAE or abroad.
   • They have extensive knowledge of the various legal forms for setting up companies in the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, as well as the associated legal and tax framework.
2. Management experience
   • You have already successfully led teams and have the ability to motivate, encourage and develop employees.
   • You are able to lead and develop a dynamic, multicultural team in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication and networking skills
   • You are able to communicate in both English and Arabic (further language skills are an advantage, but not essential).
   • You have excellent contacts with authorities and relevant stakeholders in Abu Dhabi, which you can use in your daily work.
4. High organizational and strategic skills
   • They are able to manage complex projects, set priorities and at the same time think strategically to drive the growth of Setupco.
   • They have a good feel for business developments and market trends and can react quickly to changes in order to secure competitive advantages.
5. Customer orientation and problem-solving skills
   • They have a strong understanding of our customers' needs and offer individual, customized solutions for their business requirements.
   • You are able to solve start-up challenges quickly and efficiently, while always acting in the interests of the customer.
