To further strengthen our team, we are looking for highly qualified Management consultant<\/strong>who have in-depth experience in the international business environment and are ready to guide our clients through consulting projects that meet the unique market conditions of Dubai and the UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your tasks:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a Management Consultant at SetupCo, you will work in a dynamic environment and play an important role in helping international companies enter and expand in Dubai. Your core responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Business strategy and market entry consulting<\/strong>You will develop sound business strategies and market entry plans to help international companies enter the UAE market. You will analyze market trends, competition and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Company foundation and structures<\/strong>: You advise clients on the establishment of companies in the Free trade zones<\/strong> and on the Mainland<\/strong> the UAE, including the selection of the appropriate corporate structure, legal requirements and tax framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Financial advice and tax optimization<\/strong>They support our clients in optimizing their financial structure and taking advantage of Dubai's tax benefits. This includes advice on Double taxation agreement<\/strong>, Transfer pricing regulations<\/strong> and Asset planning<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Business process optimization<\/strong>They identify opportunities to increase efficiency and implement solutions to optimize internal business processes. They help companies to reduce their operating costs and maximize operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Project management and management<\/strong>You take over the management of projects for company foundation, expansion and optimization. You will ensure that all project goals are achieved on time and within budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Networking and business development<\/strong>You will actively work to expand SetupCo's network in the UAE and develop relationships with key business partners, government agencies and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. M&A and expansion<\/strong>You will support international companies in mergers, acquisitions and expansions into the UAE. This includes due diligence, valuation and integration of new business units.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Your profile:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To become part of our team at SetupCo, you must have the following qualifications and qualities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Completed studies<\/strong> in business administration, finance, management or a similar field, preferably with a MBA<\/strong> or comparable qualifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Several years of experience<\/strong> in management consulting, preferably in the areas of market entry, business optimization or financial consulting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of the regional market<\/strong> and the economic environment in the UAE, particularly with regard to setting up and running businesses in free zones and on the mainland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in working with international clients<\/strong> and companies operating in a dynamic and multicultural environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent analytical skills<\/strong> and a deep understanding of business processes, financial strategies and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fluency in English<\/strong> written and spoken are absolutely necessary; knowledge of Arabic<\/strong> or another foreign language are an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work in a team<\/strong>resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • High degree of personal responsibility<\/strong> and the ability to manage projects independently and look after customers professionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Willingness to travel<\/strong> within the region and beyond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
